Sublime Diving is a PADI and SSI certified dive center located directly at Rancho El Sobrino,


The dive center is owned by Ellis Litecia, a Curaçao native who has been diving since the age of 14. With extensive local knowledge and years of experience, Ellis offers access to some of the island’s most remarkable and lesser-known dive sites. Since September 2020, the main location of the dive center has been based at Rancho El Sobrino.


Sublime Diving offers a wide range of services, including introductory dives, Open Water and Advanced Open Water courses, Rescue Diver and specialty courses, guided dives and dive equipment rental. Guests benefit from a personal approach combined with internationally recognized certifications.

Car Rental


For the convenience of our guests, Rancho El Sobrino offers car rental services directly through the resort.

We provide small cars as well as a Pick-up truck. Vehicles can be delivered at Curaçao International Airport upon arrival and returned at the airport at the end of the stay, eliminating the need for transfers or taxis. Free parking is available near the dive shop or directly in front of the Blue View Apartments.


The small cars are suitable for diving activities. By folding down the back seats, diving equipment for two people fits comfortably. For groups of three or more divers, we recommend renting a pick-up truck, which offers additional space and convenience.


Pricing is seasonal. All vehicles are insured, with an excess of USD 500.

Rancho El Sobrino works in partnership with professional wedding planners to offer intimate beach weddings and ceremonies in Curaçao.


Legal weddings can be performed directly on the beach by an authorized minister. Six witnesses are required; if needed, witnesses can be included in the wedding package. In addition to legal ceremonies, symbolic ceremonies and vow renewals are also available.


Since July 2024, legal LGBTQ+ weddings are officially permitted in Curaçao.

The Knip beaches, located approximately five minutes from the resort, provide a natural and scenic setting for wedding ceremonies.
