Welcome back!!!

The island of Curacao had very few cases of Covid 19 infections due to immediate closing of the borders and lockdown. March 14th, we closed the borders internationally and May 8th we were basically virus free and went little by little back to normal. There was no local transmission. 
NOW we are happy that you are coming back to stay with us! But of course we would like to keep Curacao Covid free for you to enjoy your Caribbean holiday. Reservations and communication with the guests via whatsapp, messenger or mail
We recommend all our guests and urge all our partners to communicate our whatsapp number to our common clients : +5999-696 6891, if clients do not have whatsapp please inform them to take contact with us via the Rancho El Sobrino facebook messenger or via email info@ranchoelsobrino.com prior to arrival. We can then communicate directly with them for check in purposes.
Cleaning and sanitation of rental cars
Each car is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. We have chosen to increase the concentration, in a purer solution in order to guarantee a higher concentration of the product and effectiveness (product with high alcohol content and disinfectant characteristics. In addition to strengthen the general cleaning of the car, greater focus is being given to sensitive points. We leave the car at the airport for you well sanitized.
Cleaning and routine sanitation of the rooms
At each departure, the room and the bathroom are completely sanitized and aired for at least 60 minutes.
More frequent cleaning of air conditioning system
Both the inflow of external air and the frequency of cleaning the filters with the use of suitable disinfectant products have been maximized.
Safety equipment for guests and hotel staff
Specific personal protective equipment has been provided for hotel staff like an acrylic safety glass in the Reception and a Safety Kit will be available for guests at the front desk for a low cost. Guests will also find numerous hand sanitizer gel dispensers in all common areas and at the hotel bars and restaurants.
Frequent Cleaning and reorganization of common areas
All the common areas of the hotel are sanitized several times a day with specific equipment. The areas have been reorganized to ensure social distancing and an adequate level of security. In this regard, special signs have been prepared that will help our guests maintain the correct distance and follow the anti-contagion rules and the correct routes to enter and exit the hotel and common areas.
New service solutions and food & beverage proposals
Breakfast is served à la carte or in your room. Our Chefs have created new proposals for lunch and dinner, favoring local products that follow the seasonality, with presentation and service methods that take into account all the safety criteria.
Staff training
All staff has been trained in relation to the new procedures and service standards required by the security protocol and the certification process.
Involvement of our suppliers-partners
Our suppliers and partners have adopted the protocol and new guidelines for the safety of guests and staff.

How to prevent?
  1.  Please wear a mask around other persons in the Resort
  2.  Clean your hands often, either with soap and water for 20 seconds or a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol available in the rooms and also around the resort
  3.  Practise social distancing at least 2m in the Resort
  4.  Don’t leave personal belongings in common areas
  5.  Cover you cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
  6.  Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces daily
  7.  Please let us know immediately if you feel sick and please do not leave your room
  8.  Special trained house doctor on call, emergency plans in place
